Returns & Exchanges

All Miithhii Elaychii products are made to order, so we do not offer returns, exchanges, and monetary refunds. Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, damage, or if the product received is materially different from what was ordered.

If there is an issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with the original packaging and tags intact. The returned item should reach us within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the product, if the defect is verified, a credit note of equal value will be issued instead of a monetary refund. You can expect to receive the credit note within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, which includes transit and processing time. In many cases, it may be issued sooner.

Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

As we use third-party shipping services, customers are strongly advised to record a video while opening the package, especially if the packaging appears tampered with. Failure to provide video evidence may result in rejection of the return request.

We will not accept products for return if they have been:

• Worn, washed, or used

• Altered or customized as per customer specifications

• Damaged after delivery

• Stained with makeup, perfume, or improperly handled

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is approved due to a verified defect. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions via email or whatsapp.
