3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, colours, and details. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, fabric texture, dyeing processes, and handcrafted construction. Such variations are natural characteristics of artisanal products and shall not be considered defects.

All products are subject to availability and order confirmation.

4. Made-to-Order Policy

All Miithhii Elaychii garments are made to order.

  • Production begins only after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has commenced

  • Delivery timelines, if shared, are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity and order volume

Customers are advised to review all details carefully before placing an order.

5. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

Sizing information provided on the website is intended as a general guideline.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size

  • Minor variations may occur due to tailoring techniques, fabric behaviour, and handcrafted processes

  • For custom sizing, garments are produced strictly based on the measurements provided by the customer

Miithhii Elaychii shall not be responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect size selection or inaccurate measurements shared by the customer.

6. Pricing, Payments & Razorpay Compliance

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All the mentioned prices are inclusive of GST.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By completing a transaction, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is successfully received

  • Miithhii Elaychii does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details

7. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and formal acknowledgment from Miithhii Elaychii. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or unavailability, with a full refund where applicable.

8. Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As all garments are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Clear images and videos will be required for verification

Approved cases will be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit, at the sole discretion of Miithhii Elaychii.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges and estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Miithhii Elaychii shall not be liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

11. Intellectual Property: Copyright & Trademark

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, brand names, and visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Miithhii Elaychii.
